Direct and oversee financial and strategic business planning activities, including investment and expansion of the company. Analyze financial information as price, sales, to achieve company’s goals. Analyze financial reports to determine the company’s financial position and conduct quantitative analysis of financial activities. Lead and control organization’s budget. Negotiate purchase terms and conditions with providers and clients. Contemplate costs to establish appropriate services prices for the Latin American market. Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. Maintains financial staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from a US or accredited foreign college and 5 yrs. of progressive experience in finance. Strong negotiation skills. Willing to travel within US and LATAM up to 10%. Experience working in Latin American Markets.
